Frequent Sippers Card Conditions of Use

• Use of the Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card constitutes acceptance of these conditions of use.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sipper cards can be used and redeemed only during official business hours.

• Cards are only valid with an issuing store stamp. Free drink claims on unstamped cards may be refused.

• Cards are not valid with any other offer.

• Punches on the Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card are non-transferable.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card cannot be offered as a prize, on-sold, resold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge has the right to dishonour the card if there is suspected unauthorised use of the card.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Cards.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card must be presented at the time of ordering to receive an authorised punch for each drink purchased.

• After receiving ten punches on the Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card, the card holder is entitled to a free regular size drink.

• The free regular size drink can be redeemed on the card holder's current or next visit.

• Should the free drink be claimed on the same day that the tenth drink is purchased, the free drink will be deemed to be the drink with the lesser value.

• If the free drink contains soy drink, this will not incur an additional charge.

• Customers cannot receive punches on the Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers card for prior visits.

• Only a customer paying for drinks can accumulate punches on their card.

• The Overflow Cafe and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card has an unlimited expiry.

• The Overflow Café and Lounge has the right to withdraw, limit, modify, cancel, or discontinue the Overflow Café and Lounge Frequent Sippers Card without notice.
